Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios Orlando is one of 4 theme parks that make up the Walt Disney World Resort, in Orlando, Florida. It covers 135 acres, and is visited by over 9 million guests annually. The park draws is inspiration from Hollywood’s Golden Era of the 1930s, and 1940s.

Attractions are based on glamour, glitz and stardom; Hollywood-style, with many high-speed rides, audience participation shows, and wonderful live entertainment, stunt shows, and celebrity-hosted events.

There are 6 divisions to the park representing different aspects of the Hollywood Scene, but they are not well-defined. Instead, they all blend together like a Hollywood back lot. Visitors can audition for shows, meet celebrities and be treated to some of the best live entertainment of all the parks.

The park also hosts several annual events, including ESPN Weekend, Star Wars Weekends, and The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights.

Other attractions are specialty shops specializing in Hollywood memorabilia, and many great dining establishments.
